Enterprise 2.0 will take place at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts from June 18 - 21. Registration is now open at www.enterprise2conf.com.

Launch Pad will feature companies launching at Enterprise 2.0 and/or companies announcing the release of a never before shown product or service. Just four companies will be selected to introduce their new company or product on the main stage during the event. Interested companies are encouraged to submit their application by April 25th. "Enterprise 2.0 focuses on how smart business and technology leaders are harnessing the power of a new breed of technologies and a business culture that will catapult their businesses to never before seen levels of productivity and innovation," states Steve Wylie, Enterprise 2.0 conference chair. "The Launch Pad portion of Enterprise 2.0 will showcase some of the exciting new entrants in the world of frictionless information flow and communication, transparency and collaboration."

Another highlight during this four-day event is the demonstration of Cisco TelePresence, a high-end video conferencing system that lets you experience "in person" communication over a converged network. Cisco, an Enterprise 2.0 Platinum sponsor, will be showcasing TelePresence at a special exhibit adjacent to the Enterprise 2.0 Demo Pavilion.

"New forms of collaboration, such as social networking technologies and virtual meeting experiences, are changing the way people communicate with friends, family, business partners and customers," said Marthin De Beer, Cisco's senior vice president of the Emerging Markets Technology Group. "These industry innovations, combined with the proliferation of video, will undoubtedly lead to a new dimension in how people communicate in real-time. With more digital media, more devices, easier access and wider distribution, there are endless possibilities for improving global collaboration."

The program at Enterprise 2.0 will include six different conference tracks: Foundations for Enterprise 2.0, New Ways to Work: Organization 2.0, New Social Tools for the Enterprise, Evolving Enterprise Collaboration Platforms, Leadership and Enterprise 2.0 in Action. Other highlights include in-depth Tutorials and "From the Labs," an event inside an event where four different vendors present projects representing their take on the next big thing in the enterprise 2.0 space.
