Stoelting Introduces a New Soft Serve Countertop Freezer
Kiel, Wis. – May 17, 2018 – Stoelting Foodservice, a division of The Vollrath Company, LLC, and manufacturer of frozen dessert equipment, announced its new C111-37 soft serve countertop freezer is ideal for professional foodservice operations looking to expand their dessert offerings with frozen treats.
The compact machine is easy to use and maintain with an intuitive touch-screen display. It has a 1.6-gallon capacity and can easily be disassembled for cleaning. A built-in cup/cone sensor prepares the machine for serving, shortening the delay of dispensing. The machine’s point-of-sale locations are backlit and can be customized. Its lid locks to prevent unintentional use and ensure food safety. A brushless motor minimizes downtime.
