Latest Babbitt Bearings Prevent Metal-to-Metal Damage Caused Due to High-Speed Rotating Shaft and Bearing

SRS Introduces New Product Addition: Babbitt Bearings

For nearly six decades, Scott Rotary Seals (SRS) has provided its customers with precision engineered rotary union and rotary timing valve solutions for a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.

Delivering highly complex, close-tolerance components with repeatable accuracy, SRS continues its growth to meet industry needs with new Babbitt Bearing product additions including tilting pad, fixed geometry, radial, thrust and combination bearings.

Babbitt Bearings are used in a variety of high speed rotating equipment including compressors, turbine generators, gearboxes, electrical motors, pumps, and more. 

“Our team has over 35 years of combined Babbitt bearing design and manufacturing experience,” said SRS President John Mulryan.
