Integrator Series Lasers

NLC Laser of Phelps, WI introduces the "Integrator Series Lasers". Hinged around Sealed DC laser technology these rugged systems have been designed to meet the needs of around the clock manufacturing. Producing a very stable, easy to control, intense pin point heat source they are ideal for high speed processing in non-metal applications. They provide non-contact sterile processing and can be employed for a wide range of services including drilling holes as small as .002" in diameter, cutting, marking, perfing, sealing and "Kiss Cutting" which is the process of cutting a substrate attached to a carrier. Cutting a label attached to a paper backing for example. The energy from one unit can be split and delivered to multiple processing points.

These units are compact and can be integrated in to almost any production line or environment. They operate on single phase 120 Volt AC electricity and can also be configured for non-US power applications. They have a wide range of options and accessories including beam steering optics for processing moving parts or moving webs, configuration memory for fast easy change over from one production run to the next as well as many optical configurations to meet any processing need. These systems are extremely cost effective and range in price from $10,000.00 and up based on options.
