HYLAX proprietary ScanVision Laser system incorporates vision camera system, in-line with laser beam path, through the galvanometers beam positioning system to achieve high precision laser material processing (welding, marking, cutting, drilling, surface treatment etc). Realtime Vision compensation for work piece drift or, fiducial find accurate to a few microns tolerance can be achieved at blinding speed of a few milliseconds. Post process inspection in-situ and 2D code mark verification is done all in one compact module.
