Baublys Control Laser Corporation introduces the latest in CO2 Laser Technology with the Concorde CO2 PowerMark at the WESTEC 2003 Show in Los Angeles, CA in booth # 6026. Designed with our customers' needs in mind, this system is economical, versatile, and virtually maintenance-free.
The Concorde CO2 PowerMark is a cost effective solution for laser marking and cutting applications, and requires no consumables: the sealed CO2 laser tube has a life of 20,000 hours and features our exclusive modular design for simplified replacement. Additionally, no heat exchanger is required for this easy-to-maintain system: it can operate in an environment up to 90 ° F (32 ° C) without a chiller, or up to 110 ° F (37 ° C) when it is equipped with one.
The compact desktop style cabinet permits easy mounting to any work surface and the compact head design allows for easy system integration. The Concorde CO2 PowerMark is also available with on-the-fly marking capabilities (marking in motion) to help speed your production. This versatile laser is available in 10-, 25-, 50- and 100 watt versions and can be used for a wide variety of materials including plastics, glass, cardboard, leather, wood, coated materials and some metals.
The Concorde CO2 PowerMark provides you with high quality, "complete" characters and images, making it superior to the stenciled appearance of masks, the low readability of dot matrix or the maintenance and handling costs involved with ink-jet marking.
