Monterey, Calif. - January 1, 2010 Laser Devices, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the DBAL-I², Dual Beam Aiming Laser-Intelligent².
The NEW DBAL-I² is the cutting-edge replacement for the
AN/PEQ-2A laser combining an infrared laser pointer and infrared pointer/illuminator in a lightweight, rugged metal housing.
The DBAL-I²
o Provides the same functionality as the old AN/PEQ-2A
o Is smaller and lighter than the old AN/PEQ-2A
o Is significantly shorter than the old AN/PEQ-2A and leaves more rail space for other accessories
o Precisely mirrors the AN/PEQ-2A activation switch options so that re-training is not required for operators who wish to upgrade to a modern IR laser/illuminator
