RollAlign(TM) visual laser tool facilitates field replacement of process rolls. Laser emitter unit, mounted on reference roll, projects two Class 2 fanned 635 nm laser lines onto reflector unit mounted on roll to be moved. This allows operator to view vertical angle (pitch) and horizontal angle (parallelity) as roll is adjusted into alignment. Product fits rolls of any diameter spaced between ½ in. to 10 ft apart. Crowned rolls can also be measured and aligned.

RollAlign(TM) is a visual laser tool to facilitate quick yet accurate field replacement of process rolls in industry.
A Laser Emitter unit mounted on a reference roll projects two Class 2 fanned 635nm laser lines onto a Reflector unit mounted on the roll to be moved, allowing the operator to view both the vertical angle (pitch) and horizontal angle (parallelity) as the roll is adjusted into alignment.
RollAlign(TM) fits rolls of almost any diameter spaced between ½" to 10 feet apart. Also, crowned rolls can be measured and aligned.
