Laservision has developed alignment eyewear for laser operators, technicians, engineers, maintenance and service personnel who may occasionally need to safely observe light emitted from visible lasers (400nm -700nm) while performing critical alignment procedures.
We take care in providing a proper selection of optical density (OD) protection levels within this wavelength region while taking into account anticipated laser output power and maximum permissible exposure (MPE) levels for potential exposures that are not intended to exceed an individual's "blink reflex" or aversion response to a bright light stimulant (i.e., <0.25 seconds).
