Organics diversion programmes recycle organic waste to improve agricultural soil quality

Having closely cooperated with Councils, waste management companies and industrial composters, Cardia has optimised its compostable kitchen tidy bags and kitchen tidy bins, from household use to waste collection and composting. Cardia's kitchen tidy bins effectively capture and handle kitchen food scraps. Together with Cardia compostable bags the kitchen tidy enables aeration of food waste, encouraging an aerobic environment that minimises any unpleasant odours. With the use of a kitchen tidy, households can easily capture kitchen organic scraps, which when placed in the green waste bins are recycled in composting facilities to create high quality fertilisers. Food and garden waste are the main sources of organic waste in landfills.
