Versa Expands High Impact Resistant Ladle Cup Line To Include New Larger Model With 33.70 lb/15.29 kg Capacity
St. Paul, Minnesota: Versa Ladle Cups announces expansion of its replacement ladle cups for die casting machines to include nine sizes from .44 lbs/20 kg to 33.70 lbs/15.29 kg capacity.
All cup sizes and models feature a patented, universal mounting hanger bracket for left or right side use. The flexible bolt-on design makes cup replacement on either left or right side applications fast and easy without ladle or hanging bracket modifications. The Versa hanger brackets are reusable for extra savings.
Available for most die casting automated ladlers, these Versa ladle cups are designed for heavy duty service. They are produced in Versa's own U.S. ISO 9001 certified iron foundry using quality controlled cast iron.
Extra thick, quarter inch cup walls have contoured design for smooth pouring and resistance to metal build-up. Cup surfaces have a special texture that is excellent for ladle coating adherence.
Standard size Versa Ladle Cups are available for immediate delivery. Custom Versa Ladle Cups are also available. These customs are based on a customer's own design requirements and may include special features such as larger than standard metal carrying capacity, customized hanger assemblies, custom pouring spouts and unique bowl shapes.
