Containers Gas Permeation Test Using Differential Pressure Method

It adopts Labthink patient test method and structure design and perfectly solved the deformation and pressure issues of container while pumping vacuum to make sure the accuracy of test results.



Organic Gases Permeation Test

This technology is based on the combination of differential pressure method and chromatography analysis technology, can be used for Benzene, ester, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones and other organic gases permeation test. i-ORGAMATE 7810 Organic Gas Permeability Tester adopts this technology with test range 0.01 ~ 40 g/m2•d and wide temperature range. It is the only instrument in the market so far that provides the quantitative and qualitative analysis of organic gas permeability of various films and sheeting materials.



Testing Results at Extreme Condition

Permeability of materials will have a significant change at extreme condition, such as freezing, extremely high temperature. However, it is much harder to test material permeability this kind of extreme condition due to high cost, low efficiency, inconvenience and etc. Labthink develops Data Curve Fitting in Permeation (DCFP) based on Fick laws, Henry Laws, and other theories to obtain gas transmission rate, solubility coefficient, diffusion coefficient and permeability coefficient of specimen at any temperature.
