Collaboration Features Even Tighter RMM and PSA Integration
TAMPA, Fla. -- LabTech Software, the only powerful, robust-featured remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform developed by a managed service provider (MSP) for managed service providers, is previewing its next-generation plugin for Autotask during Automation Nation 2013 in Orlando, Florida this week. Autotask Plugin 6.0, which is being developed in tight collaboration with Autotask, is also being rolled out to beta testers in the coming weeks and to all partners through live webinars next week.

The two companies went to great lengths to collaboratively study why RMM and PSA integration is so important to its partners. This formula for PSA integration is successful because it incorporates direct partner feedback into the product lifecycle, ensuring that the plugin not only fits how partners work today, but also has capabilities they will need for tomorrow as their businesses evolve.
More than 100 Autotask focus group partners participated in design previews, provided feedback and engaged directly with LabTech engineering teams to build in next-generation interoperability. The result, evident in the previews, is a more fluid, user-friendly solution that will help unlock the full potential of automated services.
