Etipack Launches at Pharmintech a Range of Pharmaceutical Labelling Systems
Etipack has designed a complete range of labelling solutions, The GAMP series, devoted to satisfy the specific quality and safety standards of pharmaceutical packaging; these systems, named after and conceived with reference to the homonymous international guidelines, feature a high-level standard configuration and also provide for the validation process.
From a technical point of view all Etipack pharmaceutical systems are equipped with those accessories necessary to grant a good quality and safety level throughout the whole labelling process, thanks to control and actuator devices managed by a PLC electronics, which can also accommodate the procedures of the Code of Federal Regulamentation 21 part 11 (CFR21/ 11). The GAMP labelling systems come complete with a Validation Package, a series of standard validation documents that streamline and speed up the whole validation process, even for non-standard requests; this results in top level solutions which, being standard ones, allow sensible cost and time reduction for end users.
The range provides different models for the most typical pharmaceutical products, e.g. bottles, flat or erected cartons, vials and covers different application needs , e.g. wrap- around, top, side, vignette style optical tag or tamper-evident application.
