December 8, 2005 - NJM/CLI introduces the Print & Apply Model 400 with Multi Panel Applicator at its Interphex Booth #529. With a single tool, the new P&A Labeler can apply a wide variety of label configurations to cases and cartons, increasing production flexibility and speeding changeover.
The Print & Apply Model 400 with Multi Panel Applicator features a stepper motor driven vacuum belt that stages the labels prior to application. This unique system smoothes the label application operation and helps achieve high speeds. Handling up to 15 cases or cartons per minute, NJM/CLI's new P&A Labeler can apply one leading-and-side-panel corner wrap, one leading-and-top-panel corner wrap, a front panel label, a side panel label, a top panel label or even two separate labels - front and side - in one pass.
