VCO: ZRO1560A1LF Operates at 1560 MHz
SAN DIEGO, March 11, 2009: Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model ZRO1560A1LF in L-band. The ZRO1560A1LF operates at 1560 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -121 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 0.7 MHz/V.
The ZRO1560A1LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 18 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -30 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard MINI-16 package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The ZRO1560A1LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
