Kyzen Hits Triple Crown for Its AQUANOX® A4638 Advanced Packaging Cleaning Chemistry

The award was presented to the company during an April 26, 2012 ceremony in Shanghai during NEPCON China. This marks Kyzen's third award for A4638 since its introduction, including the 2011 Global Technology Award and the 2012 NPI Award from Circuits Assembly magazine.
