Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Exhibits at IMTS 2010
Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. (KMSA), the worldwide leader in the industrial measurement of color, light and shape, announces its participation as an exhibitor at IMTS 2010 in Chicago, IL on September 13-18, 2010.
KMSA, a long time supporter and exhibitor of IMTS, will be showcasing its RANGE 7 3D non contact scanner, a high-accuracy instrument for measuring the three-dimensional shape of objects such as forged or cast parts, press-formed parts and plastic parts.
Also available are the VIVID series of 3D scanners which provide top level accuracy for research and development, design, gaming software, video production, museums and measurement of the human body.
This year at IMTS, Konica Minolta will be hosting free workshops at their booth# E5328. The first entitled "3D Scanning for Inspection" will be held daily during the show at 10AM, 1PM, and 3PM. The second, "3D Scanning for Reverse Engineering" will be held daily at 11AM, 2PM, and 4PM. All attendees to the workshops are entered to win a Apple iPAD.
New to the portfolio of 3D scanning products offered by Konica is its state-of-the-art 3D Scanning Lab. A service based extension to its legendary hardware development; KMSA offers 3D scanning, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping and inspection to industrial manufacturers on a project by project basis.
