Synthetic Gear and High-temperature Oils Meet Demands of Food-Processing and Pharmaceutical Industries
Londonderry, NH - (August 3, 2006) - Klüber Lubrication delivers the newest technology in synthetic, high-temperature gear oils to the food-processing, beverage and pharmaceutical industries with Klübersynth® UH1 6 Series.
Authorized in accordance with USDA-H1, Klübersynth UH1 6 oils offer corrosion protection, shear stability, aging and oxidation resistance, and high-temperature stability. The oils also meet or exceed CLP requirements.
Klübersynth UH1 6 oils were developed for the lubrication of worm gears with steel/bronze pairings. Special polyglycol base oils and additives reduce friction and ensure good wear protection.
Klübersynth UH1 6 oils are also suitable for lubricating bevel and spur gears and machine elements such as plain and rolling bearings, especially when they are exposed to high temperatures. In addition, the oils can be used to lubricate lifting, drive and transport chains. Klübersynth UH1 6 oils perform in temperatures ranging from -35ºC to approximately 160ºC. The oils can be applied by immersion, immersion circulation and injection.
