Keysight Technologies Enters Into Manufacturing Test License (MTL) Agreement with Broadcom


SANTA ROSA, Calif. — Keysight Technologies, Inc. today announced it has entered into a manufacturing test license (MTL) agreement with Broadcom Corporation. The MTL agreement allows Keysight to provide calibration and verification test solutions to Broadcom wireless connectivity customers using the E6640A EXM Wireless Test Set.



The EXM can test cellular, wireless connectivity, multi-satellite GNSS, digital video and other technologies in a single solution with optimized multi-device testing capabilities. Key features include:

·        Up to four TRX channels per EXM.

·        Up to 6 GHz with 160-MHz bandwidth on each TRX.

·        Two full-duplex and two half-duplex ports per TRX.

·        Up to 32 DUTs with multi-port adapter (MPA) technology.
