KEMPER GmbH Delighted with Success at the EuroBLECH Fair 2012

· Great interest in new products

· More than 60 000 visitors at the EuroBLECH Fair

· KEMPER Storatec exceeds expectations

Vreden/Hanover, - KEMPER GmbH's display at the Euro-BLECH 2012, with numerous new products, was a great success. The company's innovations SparkTRAP, a spark separator, as well as their KemTab HiEnd cutting table caused quite a stir. The interest shown in the products by the experts for storage and au-tomation, KEMPER Storatec, exceeded expectations. For the first time, the world market leader in extraction and filter systems pre-sented its new distribution model in which the plant is leased in-stead of being sold.

"The fair was a great success. A large number of inquiries were gen-erated by the great interest shown by the many professional visitors to our new cutting tables and filter systems", says Björn Kemper, Manag-ing Director of KEMPER GmbH. Also, the new marketing model stirred clients' interest. Kemper emphasised that as a result he could not share the gloomy forecasts about the economic situation.

KEMPER showed off new products from the welding and cutting fields which allow for further automation and productivity improvements in the form of a fully assembled production set up. The newly presented KemTAB Vibro, a cutting table with an automatic discharge system that transports slag and particles produced during cutting into a container was connected up to the new PlasmaFIL filter system on the stand. Upstream of this was the SparkTRAP spark separator, also presented for the first time. The dust is finally disposed of using the DustEVAC. This unit allows for au-tomatic discharge of dust from the extraction and filtration system into a big-bag, which guarantees contamination-free disposal of the dust.

Positive prospects thanks to KEMPER Storatec

The broad range of products by the automation specialist KEMPER Storatec was also the cause of positive feedback from visitors. Load-ing and unloading systems for plasma and laser cutting systems and related storage systems drew a great deal of attention. The conclu-sions that Helmut Flechtner, Managing Director at Storatec, draws, as might be expected, are positive: "The large number of straight-to-the-point discussions and inquiries was a fantastic endorsement of our product portfolio." The quantity and quality of the discussions far ex-ceeded expectations, as Flechtner explains.

Apart from the new products, a newly featured sales model caused something of a sensation. With immediate effect KEMPER is leasing systems and takes care of maintenance during the lease period. "For various reasons, purchasing a system is not an option for some com-panies. We are now offering these customers a unique alternative", says Kemper.

Over the five days a total of 60 500 visitors came to the EuroBLECH 2012 Fair. Exhibitors from 39 countries presented their products in Hanover. KEMPER GmbH's next exhibition in Germany will be from 16 to 21 September 2013 at the Welding & Cutting Fair in Essen.
