'DH SV ...' Quick Release Junction Shells
Fischer Elektronik have extended their product portfolio by the addition of quick release junction shells. The shells are fitted with a quick-release system which allows rapid connection of D-Sub plug connectors to D-Sub interfaces. Due to the audible and clearly discernable "click" safe locking in where device interfaces are hard-to-get-to and barely visible is ensured. The quick release junction shells are made from plastics, and the surfaces of the casing are black and metallized. They are available for 9, 15 and 25 contacts. Depending on the number of contacts, they are provided with 2 or 3 cable outlets. Using the proposed accessories, e.g. RS SH D plunger pins for existing connectors with a through hole, easy and rapid conversion to quick release systems is possible. The materials used for the "DH SV ..." quick release junction shells including accessories comply with EU directive 2002/95/EG (RoHS) and EC regulation no. 1907/2006 (REACH). The order reference, e.g. for a quick release junction shell for 15 contacts with metallized surface, is "DH SV 15 M".
