Juki to Introduce Ultra-Fast Setup Software from KIC for JT Reflow Ovens
MORRISVILLE, NC - Juki Automation Systems, Inc., a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and part of Juki Corporation, announces that its JT ovens will be shipping standard with KIC's Auto-Focus software. The new capability will be launched at the upcoming IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place February 19-21, 2013 at the San Diego Convention Center in California.
The new feature immediately recommends the most suitable oven recipe when the user enters the PCB length, width and weight along with the PCB process window. This significant time saver will be available on select Juki JT ovens right out-of-the-box because the ovens come preloaded with a profiling database. The recipe suggestion is available even before a single profile has been run. The end result is faster setup and higher production uptime. Another benefit that most customers can experience is that the suggested oven recipe also is optimized for lower electricity use.
