ADwin Systems Now Bundled with Kalliste' Visualization Software

CHESTERLAND OH — German manufacturer Jager has just released a new version of the ADwin Software CD for ADwin data acquisition systems. Version now includes Kalliste' development software for test and RD data acquisition applications with ADwin devices. With Kalliste' users can perform quick data visualization such as charts and graphs. Released in late December, version contains several performance improvements and bug fixes over the previous version and also includes Kallisté for ADwin V2.6.6.42. Designed specifically for test engineers, Kallisté is an object-oriented application development software which has access to ADwin hardware right from the start. It covers users' needs for data acquisition, test bench supervision, telemetry, after-flight data extraction, after-test data analysis and test reports.

The new ADwin software CD also makes available the latest version of ADwin's ADcandb software for the conversion of CANdb signal forms into ADbasic real-time functions. Ideal for vehicular data acquisition applications, ADcandb includes bus monitoring capability, an editor, and the CANdb viewer.

Kallisté is a fully-programmable data acquisition software supporting real-time process control through real time CPU-controlled hosted data acquisition. Kallisté supports all typically-used operating systems and is object-based so users can extend its available resources in many ways. The system is fully polymorphic which substantially cuts development time. Beyond data acquisition applications, Kallisté can also be embedded for flight test.

With Kalliste' you don't have to learn any programming or macro language—just plain English! You can design your own application by using English sentences and simple Drag and Drop operations. Creating a measurement application from scratch with Kallisté is easy using the complete WYSIWYG display editor with no icons or programming languages. Applications can run under WINDOWS, LINUX, UNIX, MAC OS, and ANDROID.

ADwin for Real-Time Performance:

ADwin data acquisition and control systems are high-performance real time systems capable of parallel, individually-controlled processes. These systems can run independently of a PC's operating system to provide deterministic operation with response times of 1 usec. or less.
