Clinton, MA - Clark is pleased to introduce Model KV-2 Inert Manifold Mount Isolation Valves. These solenoid operated, two-way, normally closed isolation valves are only 6 mm in width, making them ideal for low volume fluidic systems where reduction of piping internal volumes and a minimized footprint is desired. KV-2 Valves have an internal volume of only 10 micro liters at the inlet and outlet and virtually zero dead volume. The KV-2 internals feature all inert wetted parts that are diaphragm isolated from the coil assembly and any other metallic parts. Applications for Model KV-2 Inert Manifold Mount Isolation Valves include automated chemistry systems, DNA and peptide sequencers, scientific instrumentation, and other chemistry/bioscience devices.
