Inert Isolation Valve

Flanders, NJ -- Quality Valve & Components is proud to release our new Model 311 high performance chemically inert 3-way isolation valves. These solenoid-operated valves have been engineered from the ground up to exacting standards enabling valve life expectancy to reach 10 million plus cycles of trouble free operation. Super precision-machined components produce precise and repeatable valve operation with no adjustments or o-rings. Chemically inert Teflon internal components isolate the media from the working solenoid components preventing premature valve failures.

These chemically inert isolation valves are suitable for corrosive gasses and fluids and typical applications include automated chemistry, solvent flush or rinse cycles, and
sample/reagent handling. This new design also features low internal volume (<.35cc), low power consumption (1.5 watts) continuous duty, Operating pressure to 30 PSIG, 12 & 24 VDC standard. Available valve body materials are Teflon(R), CTFE, PEEK, Tefzel and Stainless Steel.
