Isolation Valve mounts directly on manifold.

Press Release Summary:

Two-way solenoid valve mounts on manifold, is rated up to 35 psi with Cv of 0.05, and is available in 12 and 24 Vdc models, in normally open or normally closed versions. Materials in contact with flow path are limited to PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and EPDM (ethylene propylene) or FKM (highly-fluorinated fluorocarbon). Applications include blood analysis, clinical chemistry, DNA processing, immunoassay and ultra-pure water.

Original Press Release:

Manifold Miniature Isolation Valve

This new 2-way solenoid valve is designed to mount directly to a manifold that may contain several valves and other components. The manifold approach reduces total fluid volume in an instrument as well as potential leak paths. The materials in contact with the flow path are limited to PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and EPDM (ethylene propylene) or FKM (highly-fluorinated fluorocarbon). These valves are similar in construction and materials to South Bend Controls' 2-way and 3-Way line mounted valve. The manifold model incorporates a patented seat and diaphragm design that provides exceptional sealing characteristics and long life (exceeds 15 Million cycles). Rated up to 35 PSI, Cv = .05 and available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC models, normally open or normally closed, this valve has uses in blood analysis, clinical chemistry, DNA processing, immunoassay, ultra-pure water and other applications.
