Omega's low-cost OS562 is the ultimate tool for temperature measurements with non-contact measurement capability and compatible with type K thermocouples. Its user-friendly, 5-key operation offers max, min, DIF (differential) , hold, and AVG modes. The backlit LCD screen and the built-in laser can be switched on and off, while auto power-off is fixed at 60 seconds. These features give the OS562 the versatility to meet most temperature measurement requirements. It uses 2 "AAA" batteries and has an
ultra long battery life of 18 hour continuos use with laser and backlit display; 180 hours without laser and backlit display. This model includes a free 1m (40") type K insulated beaded wire thermocouple with subminiature connector and wire spool caddy (one per channel).
