IPC Targets Food and Beverage Cleaning

IPC cleaners are safe for personnel, materials and equipment and the environment; yet powerful enough to remove the most difficult soils. The cleaners meet the USDA guidelines for incidental contact with food-processing equipment, and are available in a wide range of sizes. They are registered with NSF as category A1 cleaners for use in food processing areas.

IPC’s line of aqueous cleaners includes: Micro-90®, a multipurpose alkaline cleaner; Micro® Green Clean, a biodegradable cleaner for use in a wide range of cleaning applications; Micro® A07, a citric acid cleaner for removing scale, mineral deposits and inorganic soils; LF2100®, a low-foam cleaner for automatic washers; Surface-Cleanse/930®, a nonionic detergent for cleaning electronic devices and delicate metals; Zymit®, a low-foam enzyme cleaner to remove starches, gelatin and proteins; Zymit® Pro, a protease enzyme cleaner to remove protein based soils from filter membranes.



IPC also manufactures P-80® IFC temporary assembly lubricants which are registered with NSF for use in USDA H1 applications and meet FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, which controls lubricants in contact with food surface areas. These lubricants ease the installation of tight-fitting rubber parts such as seals, hoses, o-rings, and grommets. The lubricant dries after assembly is complete, and the part stays in place.
