Introducing the Model LE-616 Gerstner Legacy Chest

In celebration of 100 years of manufacturing world renowned Gerstner Tool Chests, company president, Jack Campbell, has designed a truly distinctive limited edition Gerstner Tool Chest to be built only during the year 2006 - the company's 100th year of operation.

This beautiful classic hardwood chest is offered in oak, walnut and cherry and features sixteen drawers lined in black felt, an opening top well, locking front lid, display stand, polished brass hardware, and a hand-rubbed lacquer finish.

Each purchaser of the Gerstner Legacy Chest will receive a Certificate of Authenticity of Ownership and will be listed on an Owners Plaque to be mounted in the lobby of the Gerstner factory in Dayton, Ohio. Throughout the coming years, owners and their direct heirs visiting Dayton will be entitled to a VIP factory tour of the Gerstner facility. For proprietary reasons, Gerstner's operation has long been closed to the general public.

As Gerstner embarks on its second century of business, the company's mission is to continue to be the world leader in building fine wood chests for professionals, craftsmen, collectors, discriminating hobbyists and other discerning individuals who consider quality of the utmost importance in terms of their self worth, their lifestyle and their personal possessions.

The LE-616 Gerstner Legacy Chest represents the finest in terms of the quality of its fit and finish, and at completion, each individual Legacy Chest is personally inspected for final approval by Scott Campbell, Manager of Manufacturing and Great Grandson of company founder, Harry Gerstner. The LE-616 will be on display along with Gerstner's full line of 100th Anniversary Edition tool chests in Gerstner & Sons booth 2547 in Chicago at IMTS 2006.
