First Silicon Solar Cell LEAN SOLAR(TM) Order

SANTA CLARA, Calif.,- Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq:IVAC) announced today it has received an order for a LEAN SOLAR(TM) deposition system for shipment in the first quarter of 2011.
