Procera Networks Launches 120Gbps PacketLogic 9420 Platform
High performance appliance delivers improved Subscriber Experience and Internet Intelligence for fixed and mobile network operator deployments
FREMONT, Calif. – Procera Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKT), the global Subscriber Experience Company, today launched the PacketLogic™ 9420, a real-time policy enforcement, subscriber management and Internet Intelligence gathering platform targeted to fixed and mobile network operators. Delivering throughput of 120Gbps and supporting up to three million subscribers on a single platform, the PL9420 is a cost-effective solution for operators looking to implement high-density 10GE Internet Intelligence deployments. Procera's PacketLogic platforms now include PL9000 series appliances that support up to 120Gbps, larger chassis systems supporting 600Gbps throughput and Network Function Virtualization support for bare metal performance on COTS hardware to deliver unmatched deployment flexibility for network operators.

The PL9420 platform also supports up to 30 million connections at a setup rate of 500,000 connections per second, meeting the growing demands of always-on applications on fixed and mobile networks. All of Procera's platforms operate the same software solutions, with only performance and scalability differing between the models.
