XSPrisa™ Provides Financial Institutions with SaaS Access to Global Corporate Actions Data
Sibos 2012, Osaka, Japan - Interactive Data Corporation, a leading provider of global pricing, reference and corporate actions data, today announced the availability of its global corporate actions data via XSPrisa™, XSP's software as a service (SaaS) offering for automating corporate actions processing.Â
Interactive Data provides comprehensive global coverage of corporate actions, with in-depth data for over 70 event types covering approximately 90,000 companies operating in more than 100 countries. This data, which is available at the start of the day and on an intra-day basis in standardized XML and ISO 15022 format, can be integrated into financial systems and applications.
The combination of Interactive Data's content and the XSPrisa offering can help financial institutions obtain on-demand access to global corporate actions data and streamline integration of this data into their technology platforms.
