Data Junction Integration Suite v7.5.5 Now Available

Enhanced functionality and richer features deliver the power of Distributed Application Integration.

Austin, TX-February 25, 2002- Data Junction Corporation today announced the release of Data Junction Integration Suite 7.5.5. The enriched Suite supplies all the power and functionality needed for e-document integration, message-based integration as well as extensive support for the latest EDI and XML transactions. Enhanced mapping and design functionality, tighter control of automated integration, and the latest EDI and document integration enhancements are the latest in a long line of improvements enabling a wide range of real-time integration projects.

Expanding on the power and functionality embedded in Integration Suite 7.5, version 7.5.5 extends into Distributed Application Integration (DAI). DAI reflects the trend toward transaction-based integration in which a transaction becomes the integration unit of work. Transaction-based processing results in more frequent, larger number of integration sets each processed individually.

Data Junction Integration Suite is composed of Data Junction, a Windows-based graphical design tool; Content Extractor, a visual interface which automates the creation of extraction rules and conditions for extracting unstructured data; and the Integration Engine, which enables rapid deployment, multi-threaded parallel processing, and the industry's most comprehensive support for XML in Internet time.

New major features of v7.5.5 include:

* Integration Engine, the most powerful engine available, enables DAI in new and efficient ways with an enriched Integration Engine SDK, a Java-based Map Parallelizer, escalated Linux functionality and an elaborated Integration Engine API.

* Faster, more dynamic design features - Isomorphic Mapping, a SQL Graphical Query Builder, an improved Java Adaptor, a Graphical DJ Object Dialog Box and faster load speed for Maps with multiple record types - further enhance an award-winning GUI.

* Broadly amplified connectivity allows users to access more data in more ways than ever before. New and improved adaptors include: MySQL, MS SQL Server via XML/HTTP API, EDI, TCP, SAP IDoc, Biztalk XDR schema and Oracle 9i.

* Data Junction now supports any EDI implementation with extensive support for integration via electronic documents. Advanced DAI is powered by a new Document Schema Designer, native support for the latest generation of EDI, v2 HIPAA EDI support and HTTP Authentication support.

"Our solutions, with programmable multi-threaded, multiple-environment (Linux, WIN, Sun Solaris and four flavors of UNIX) parallel processing engines, continue to be a perfect fit for clients processing extremely large quantities of data between almost any format or application," states Mike Hoskins, president of Data Junction. "Data Junction Integration Suite v7.5.5 is our answer to DAI and transaction-based real-time processing."
