Hoffman Introduces INLINE(R) Enclosures Designed For New I/O Devices


Anoka, MN-April 3, 2002- Hoffman has added ten new enclosure models to the INLINE® Instrumentation Enclosure Series. The enclosures are designed to meet the specifications of newer I/O devices including Allen Bradley Point I/O. They are an important addition to the INLINE series of instrumentation enclosures with a landscape orientation.

Full-length mounting brackets welded to the top and bottom of the enclosure provide flexible enclosure mounting capabilities. The brackets have two pre-drilled mounting holes, or additional holes can be drilled for alternate mounting requirements. Users will appreciate the ease and flexibility of installation.

INLINE Instrumentation Enclosures are available in five widths ranging from 310mm to 925mm, each with a standard 230mm height and 155mm depth.

The enclosures feature either solid or window doors. The solid doors provide optimal UL Type 4 component protection, while the convenient flush polycarbonate window door models offer clear, convenient monitoring. Each is designed to protect components from dirty environments with a sturdy, reliable foam-in-place gasket.
