Available in 2.0"/50mm and 3.5"/90mm sizes, Inspection Port Kits can be installed on most guard surfaces in any location to provide; visual, strobe, and infrared inspection capabilities. They can be used to retrofit existing guards for use with predictive maintenance programs.
Orange Peel Inspection Port Kits are made from 16 gauge 304 stainless steel with a powder coated flat black finish and .250/6mm alternating slots. They are simply added to the guard inside surface using a metal hole saw and two stainless steel fasteners. The plate can also be manually bent to conform to curved surfaces.
