Haeger's proven InsertionLogic software is now available in the even more powerful Pentium(TM) powered, Windows(TM) based Version 8.
Touch screen programming in any one of eleven languages, allows for comfortable and error free insertions. Drawing upon the extensive factory installed library of fasteners, fastener characteristics/parameters and corresponding Haeger tooling, the operator can quickly set up and store quality assured inserting jobs to ISO standards.
InsertionLogic provides great flexibility in meeting particular Lean Manufacturing requirements. Network ready, the InsertionLogic system provides capability for off-line preparation of fastener insertion jobs - great for production planning and job release sequence.
On-board storage for virtually unlimited jobs, recallable by either customer name, part number, print or work release shop number, provides consistent part quality, part revision modifications and inserted fastener history.
