Inline Flow Sensors suit lubrication and pneumatic systems.

Press Release Summary:

Made of brass or all SST, Model 1600 detects factory set points from .1–1.5 gpm in water. Model 1700 has set points as low as 1 cc/min in water. Both models handle various liquids to ensure adequate flow of coolant, lubrication, or injections of chemicals. Designed to also operate in pneumatic systems, set points of 2–8 scfm help ensure adequate air or gas flow is present. Along with standard ¼ in. FNPT process connections, features include max operating ranges up to 1,000 psig and 301°F.

Original Press Release:

Model 1600 + 1700

Model 1600 Is an inline flow sensor made of brass or all SST to detect factory set points from .1 GPM to 1.5 GPM in water.

Model 1700 has set points as low as 1 cc/min in water.

Both models handle a variety of liquids to ensure adequate flow of coolant, lubrication, or injections of chemicals , etc. Designed to also operate in pneumatic systems set points of  2 SCFH to 8 SCFM provide you with assurance that adequate air or gas flow is present. Standard process connections are 1/4” FNPT. Operating pressure up to 1000 PSIG and Temps to 301 degrees Fahrenheit . The SPDT reed switch is 20watt able to handle 1 amp depending on voltage. Optional junction boxes and relays are available. This model is a main stay especially in lubrication systems and in pneumatic systems to monitor actual air flow to blubbers etc.
