This cost effective, high performance system was designed for placing dots of porous or non-porous ink on substrates for verification of: testing, pass/fail, marking specific lengths, marking break points, process verification, production line identification, etc. Coding speeds of 600 dps with adjustable dot sizes from 1/16" to 1/4" are possible. This stainless steel unit requires 110 VAC, plant air, and is PLC controlled.
