Industrial Innovations Announces Availability of Spra-Rite Injector Manifold Assemblies
Wyoming, Michigan – For companies already using a Spra-Rite lubrication system, Industrial Innovations offers its Injector Manifold Assembly package, which includes the patented Spra-Rite injector manifold, enclosure interface, pressure regulator, and pressure gauge. Pressurized lubricant is encapsulated within the manifold assembly until the injection cycle is initiated.
The injector manifolds are available using two, four, six or eight injectors. Each injector is independently controlled with a minimum spray time of 20 milliseconds, helping to precisely control lubricant volume and placement.
There are three options for generating lubricant pressure – an air-operated diaphragm pump assembly with 5-gallon capacity, a portable air pressurized lubricant reservoir in 7-, 12- or 16- gallon capacity, or our Pro Mix Series Lubricant Proportional Mixing Systems capable of mixing lubricant to a desired ratio and delivering to multiple presses or machines.
Spra-Rite lubrication systems precisely regulate the volume and placement of lubricant at specific areas of stamping or drawing tools, or the stock, at predetermined press stroke intervals. Use of these systems improve production rates, reduce lubricant consumption for improved environmental conditions and, most importantly, save money.
