Government Security News Names Laser Devices, Inc. a Gold Winner for Best Thermal Night Vision / Infrared Solution in GSN’s Annual Border Security Awards Competition



Monterey, CA – Government Security News announced the Annual Border Security Awards Competition Winners including Laser Devices, Inc., exhibiting in Booth #1118, at the Border Security Expo held in Phoenix, AZ, March 12 – 13, 2013.



GSN identified Laser Devices’ SPIR (Special Purpose IR LED Illuminator) as a Gold Winner in the Thermal Night Vision / Infrared Solution category.



Winners were selected by a panel of judges led by Chuck Brooks, who earned an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago, was an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, was the first Director of Legislative Affairs for the Science and Technology Directorate of the Department of Homeland Security and was a defense and foreign policy advisor to the late Senator Arlen Spector.
