Inflatable Grippers Gently Lift Containers from Inside

A new line of inflatable rubber bladder grippers for high-speed production machinery that require minimal air pressure and are easily field-replaceable by hand is being introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts. Anver Rubber Air Picker End-Effectors are designed for gently lifting open mouth containers by inflating up to 140% of their size and tightly gripping from the inside without excessive pressure. Capable of conforming to any shape, these delicate rubber bladder attachments are non-marring, provide instant attach and release, and are unaffected by dusty environments. Requiring approx. 15 psi with no loss of flow to operate, Anver Rubber Air Picker End-Effectors are sealed to create closed-loop system and come in four sizes from 0.67" to 1.85" resting insertion dia. Designed for high-speed production machinery, they are field-serviceable by simply replacing the rubber bladder, which slips on and then locks down by a screw collar.
