SADDLE BROOK, N.J. - The NewAir I.B. ® Express system is the newest inflatable cushioning system from Sealed Air. This versatile, compact, high-performance packaging
system quickly creates patented Barrier Bubble® material that can be used for cushioning, and blocking and bracing applications.
The latest addition to Sealed Air's inflatable cushioning offerings now allows operators to create cushions with widths of 12 and 24 inches. In addition to offering a variety of film sizes, the NewAir I.B.® Express system includes options for film strength to accommodate a variety of applications. The Sealed Air proprietary film technology retains air longer than non-barrier polyethylene air cellular materials and out-performs other materials for cushioning and overall packaging protection.
By quickly creating packaging materials on-site and on-demand, the NewAir I.B.® Express
system eliminates the need to store large amounts of bulky materials, saving space while reducing material handling.
The compact size and speed of the NewAir I.B.® Express system allows operators to create inflatable Barrier Bubble® cushions at workstations, online or for batching processes. The system is compatible with a number of batching options such as the roll winder attachment, Instasheeter(TM) high-speed converting system and Jet Stream(TM) delivery system. The delivery options allow customers to incorporate Sealed Air's high-performing films into most any application with minimal material handling.
