Enhancement to Inertia's REthink Engine System Delivers Fully Integrated Customer Management System

NAPA, Calif.-- Inertia Beverage Group announced today a partnership with POS Resources that will create the most fully integrated customer management system in the wine industry. By integrating POS Resources' leading point-of-sale system into Inertia's REthink Engine customer direct software, users will have a single customer database with information integrated and flowing seamlessly between the tasting room and their website.

Having a single customer database eliminates the problem of migrating information between point-of-sale systems in the tasting room and separate customer databases that has plagued the wine industry for some time. The Inertia-POSR partnership allows wineries using Inertia's REthink Engine e-commerce and customer management system to approach direct-to-consumer sales in a comprehensive and integrated way.
