Cubic Designs Introduces New Pallet Loading Safety Gate

New Berlin, WI . . . Cubic Designs is introducing the "Cubic Pivot Gate", an industrial safety gate designed to simplify pallet loading and unloading from elevated areas within a facility.

Cubic Pivot Gate provides safe loading/unloading of materials from mezzanines, elevated storage areas, in-plant office platforms, catwalks, equipment platforms, rack systems and other elevated floor areas. In the closed position, Pivot Gate provides a code-compliant rail barrier that is tightly integrated into a surrounding rail system. In the open position, Pivot Gate protects the elevated loading area and allows employees to safely move materials without risk of falling or personal injury.

Cubic Pivot Gate is professionally engineered to meet all building codes, features a floormounted design and utilizes high strength steel construction. Pivot Gate is available in two widths (56" and 104") and will accommodate a variety of pallet sizes. The gate is designed for ease-of-use and maximum safety protection - when one side is open, the other side closes, insuring nothing will fall off the mezzanine or elevated area.

Pivot Gate features a durable and attractive powder coat paint finish available in 14 standard colors. Custom colors and finishes are also available.

Cubic Designs also manufactures pre-engineered mezzanine systems for a wide variety of industrial and warehouse applications. Founded in 1986, the company has since installed over 7,000 mezzanine systems across North America and other parts of the world. In 2003, Cubic Designs introduced a full line of industrial safety products designed to provide total plant protection, including guarding products as well as custom engineered products like stairs, ladders, safety gates and handrails. The company is headquartered in New Berlin, Wisconsin and has a 74,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility - complete with custom metal forming operations and an oversized powder coat paint line - located in central Wisconsin.
