Launch of the New I-Foiler(TM) Induction Sealing System from Pillar Technologies at Packtech, NEC Birmingham, 11 - 12 February 2009
Pillar Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of the all new I-Foiler(TM) induction sealing system at the Packtech exhibition at the NEC Birmingham on 11 and 12 February.
The I-Foiler(TM) system offers a unique combination of new features, all packaged together in a very user and maintenance-friendly way:
o State of the art touch screen control giving access not only to basic operator controls but also help and information screens, detailed fault warnings and diagnosis and gives access to set up of all optional equipment such as detection pack and reject.
o IP65 - the I-Foiler(TM) has been designed for wet and humid applications.
o Pillar Technologies' Universal coil technology means that a single unit will seal diameters from 10 to 120mm. Coil change (where necessary) is a simple tool-free operation thanks to a unique slot-in coil design (patent pending).
o The digitally controlled I-Foiler(TM) series allows easier integration into a filling line and offers operators immediate feedback and fault diagnosis in a choice of languages on the touch screen display or via a remote control panel.
