Original Press Release:

New Dual Drive Option for OSA-LATOR(TM) Indexing Tables

(Niagara Falls, NY - May 29, 2002) OSA-LATOR indexing tables are now available with a new enhanced performance dual drive option. Developed as a solution for one client, this option is now being offered on most OSA-LATOR models.

There are several advantages to the new dual drive option. For those clients using extra-long tooling, dual drives can be used to normalize the E-stop arc distance by doubling the braking moment. Having two drives also prolongs the life of the unit by dividing the loading between two pinions and gears. Furthermore, the dual drive option represents a cost-effective alternative to moving up to the next OSA-LATOR model.

OSA-LATOR robotic indexing tables are distributed in the U.S. through Fork-Levator Inc., Niagara Falls, New York and in Canada through Trans-Quip Inc., Grimsby, Ontario. Please visit www.osalator.com for additional information.
