A new, plastic belt incline conveyor which features a beveled edge design that safely guides small parts and is especially effective for "water fall" style parts transfer applications in the molding and stamping industries is being introduced by SmartMove® Conveyors of Fall River, Massachusetts.
SmartMove® Z-Rex® Series Incline Conveyors feature a Beveledge(TM) plastic belt (patent Pending) that incorporates beveled vertical flights at both edges to safely guide small parts and feed them into tote boxes, barrels, or hoppers. Designed for "water fall" style parts transfer applications, these plastic belt incline conveyors are shipped fully assembled and include a variable speed, direct-drive brushless DC motor that runs on 115 Vac and only 2 Amps.
Allowing users to match their system's cycle rate, SmartMove® Z-Rex® Series Incline Conveyors featuring the Beveledge(TM) have fully adjustable speeds and the plastic belt feeds small parts like a funnel. Available with 3 inclines up to 60° and standard belt widths from 5" to 23", the all-plastic belting snaps together by hand, has no hinge pins, and is self-lubricating.
