CyberTech International is Introducing Next-Generation 9-1-1 Incident Replay and Investigation Platform at APCO 2010 in Houston

-- Single, integrated view of an entire incident, including all multimedia, phone and radio communications

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., -- CyberTech, the world's fastest-growing and 3rd largest call recording provider, is introducing its new incident replay application for the public safety market called CyberTech IRIS (Incident Replay and Investigation System) at this year's APCO show on August 2-3 in Houston, Texas. IRIS empowers emergency centers with a single, integrated view of an entire incident by combining all voice, data and multimedia communications and evidence onto one customizable replay screen. This Next-Generation 9-1-1 recording and playback solution can be seen at the CyberTech booth.

"The world has changed in terms of how emergency incidents are recounted," said Tony Procops, CEO of CyberTech North America. "Today, there is a multitude of communications platforms associated with a single accident or crime. CyberTech IRIS is the answer to this evolution, as it gives 9-1-1 and other emergency centers a single view of all emergency communications. This is quite powerful in terms of resolving conflict, providing court evidence and training personnel."

The IRIS application speeds incident investigations by providing a collaborative platform for the recreation of an incident timeline. Through the use of Geo Tagging and advanced evidence management technologies, all relevant communications can be combined to provide never-before-realized insights and perspectives to case assessments.

A single incident today can include many different types of communication, when you take into account devices that happened to capture the event live as well as emergency personnel communicating about the emergency response. These can include radio traffic from police cars and ambulances, microphone voice from the emergency dispatcher, ATM or security video camera footage, landline/cell phone/VoIP, JPEG mug shot of the suspect, text messages and more.

CyberTech IRIS can integrate all of these platforms, as well as street maps, into a single customizable playback window for true recreation of an incident timeline. This can dramatically speed up incident resolution time for emergency centers, thereby better protecting the public and the innocent.

Demonstrations of the application can be viewed at the CyberTech booth at the APCO show, booth #758.
