Schroeder Industries Introduces In-Line Filter | QFD2
Leetsdale, PAÂ – Schroeder Industries, a recognized leader in filtration and fluid conditioning products, introduces its new In-Line Filter | QFD2, a low pressure duplex filter capable of handling 350 GPM at 150 SUS.
The QFD2 compliments Schroeder's QFD5 product by providing a cost effective solution for lower pressure applications. The QFD2 features standard Q-size elements in both 16 inch and 39 inch lengths with all Z-Media® and water removal media options. The housing has an integrated pressure equalization transfer valve that allows the pressure to be transferred from one housing to another while the system is still in operation, allowing for the element change out during machine operation. The housing also features integrated upstream and downstream test points as well as a variety of Schroeder Dirt Alarm® indicators. The housing valve has a standard 3 inch 150 pound ANSI flange. As is the case with all Q-size housings, the standard bypass is 30 psid with an optional 50 psid bypass valve available.
